This months topic will be an overview of the Section 39 changes including Superpave implementation. Learn what the latest changes to asphalt paving and installation mean to the local agencies and be able to ask questions of one of the "Section 39"  designers.  Our speaker Joe Peterson, (Caltrans Chief of Roadway Materials Testing for over 25 years)   has been instrumental in bringing Superpave specifications to California.

Prior to the luncheon the City staff member will make a 5 minute presentation on their department, upcoming projects, and contracting opportunities. This will be followed by a 2 minute Q/A.
